Anxiety that causes my hands to shake uncontrollably?

Anxiety that causes my hands to shake uncontrollably?I'm a licensed nurse in a registered nurse program. I am a smart student, but I think I am too critical on myself and it causes me anxiety. When I have to perform a demonstration procedure in front of other students or my instructor, my hands shake and I find it so difficult to complete the task.
