I feel hopeless. Depression and Anxiety? Empty I feel hopeless. Depression and Anxiety?

To keep it short. I have been dealing with depression for three years silently. And recently it's manifested into anxiety mostly centered around the fear of dying and those I love dying. I decided to finally speak up and seek both medial (psychiatry) and mental (therapy) help.
