Is Assassin's Creed Unity worth buying on PS4?

Is it a good game i.e. does it has good gameplay, graphics, story and setting?
Also what about the enemy AI, missions or side quests.
Should I get this game or instead get Assassin's Creed Rogue on my PS3...........
