Hello, I'm 13.1kgs away from my ideal weight and i was wondering if you guys have any tips, like any exercises or exercise routeens and some healthy meals i could try.

If you want to lose weight then keep focus these two main methods like exercise and diet both are best and useful methods for weight lose. Try to do exercise daily and eat less quantity meal but simple food like fruits and vegetables. Drink more water and also drink green tea.

I suggest you if you have worry about you weight then join any gym and takes training by any professional trainer and be care in you food and diets..
