Getting out of a commercial lease...? Empty Getting out of a commercial lease...?

I have recently signed a commercial lease for a buliding that is not yet built. I think i have made a big mistake. Is there any chance of getting out of it without having to sublet? Obviously i do plan on seeing a solictor about it but i thought i would ask anyway.
