What causes lower back pain

Im still 18years of age, and I have been suffering back pain for more than 2weeks!
I cnt stand or sit for long and cnt even bent down.what is it?

I think you have to consult a chiropractor. If you are doing a sitting job than it may be cervical pain.
The other reason for your pain is that, may be your sleeping posture is not correct.
