I thought about becoming a real estate agent. Is it worth it? How long do i have to study for it?

You need to understand that you earn money when a house sells.

yes, it's a "crappy" market - BUT ONLY FOR SELLERS! Buyers are purchasing and getting GREAT deals. And the agent gets paid, even if the seller losses money.

it can be a good idea, but you really have to look in the mirror and be honest with yourself about some things:

1. are you an extrovert? are you a people person? do you really have a desire to help people? if the answer to these questions is no, than consider a different occupation as you won't last long in real estate. you have to be the type of person that is willing to walk up to total strangers and give them your card.
