Is teaching a great job?

I have been teaching for over 30 years and recently applied to another state for teacher credentials. Education meant nothing, Years of experience meant nothing, My current state credentials meant nothing, My prior state credentials meant nothing. The new state, where I wish to move, will not approved and issue my credentials unless I take 7 different tests each of which costs $155.00. Why would I want to continue teaching in public schools when I can go to work at any reliable essay writing service and not deal with these absurdities?
