All of sudden

All of sudden my friend have to face fever, flu and she is bad throat while enjoying bus tours from nyc to niagara falls. I have no idea what to do for her and which tablet will be perfect for her. So suggest me if anyone have any information regarding this. I am waiting for your reply.
