The Animal rights fanatics are slowly but surely taking hold and are working tirelessly to stop pet ownership. Currently the state of Texas is now working on "more laws" regarding Puppy Mills, however their definition of a puppy mill is anyone with ELEVEN or more breeding females.

Let's stop puppy mills
