How do I promote my band?

My friends are in a band called The Skank Agents. They've been around about 8 years and just reached 2,500 likes on Facebook. They are a Pop-Punk band from San Diego. How do I get their name out there more. I have demos to pass out. I just need a way to get more people to listen to them. Because I don't know anyone who doesn't like them. Any ideas?
