HELP! I just found money on the street what to do...?

I just found money on a busy street near cars parked on the street. Unfortunately, the closest shop, was a small "mall" with a bunch of shops. I looked around and saw a gaming store, but I didn't feel comfortable just going up to random people asking them if they are missing money.
