What's a good comic book/graphic novel to read? Empty What's a good comic book/graphic novel to read?

I want to start reading comic books. I read Marvel's The Guardians of The Galaxy by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning and I'm currently enjoying it but I don't really want to read comic books that were made famous because it was turned it to a film. But if you really think it's good, tell me about it.
