Beginner bodybuilding workout plan for a week?

hi all...i m rohit ...17 year old guy...with weight 64 kgs and height 5 feet 9 inches.....
i have purchased a pair of dumbbells please ......
give me begginner bodybuilding workout plan for a week ?.........
and at present i can start with 4kg dumbells and with it can do 12reps and 3 sets of individual muscles like shoulders ...triceps....biceps....back...legs........
