I need help with an Android smart tv box!?

We bought this box to make our tv a smart tv and to watch movies. I have comcast cable. It keeps freezing and buffering every time we watch something! Is this the box or my internet? Also I feel like when we watch some movies the words do not match up with the people talking! very disappointed. Any suggestions?
