Can I use concrete to patch-up asphalt driveway? I may have a water problem.?

I have a 100 foot asphalt driveway that was laid by the builder and it has seen better days. I think I have a underground water problem. In the middle of my driveway there is a 50 to 60 sq foot section across that has slightly depressed and has developed a ton of cracks that make it look like a snake's skin.
