Pool Maintenance

You should test your pool daily until you determine what your typical needs will be. A 15 foot x 4 foot deep round pool has about 5300 gallons of water. You will need to add shock (about 1/2 pound granular) on a weekly basis in addition to regular doses of chlorine to keep the water sanitized. Get yourself a good test kit, the test strips are at best good only for a quick check.
