We have a BBQ at our house every month for about 25-30 people and we make hamburgers - we buy them frozen in a box, all beef hot dogs.also bought in a box, Bratwurst, chicken thighs, drumsticks and breasts.

When you are grilling, turn on the grill for a few minutes (with the cover down) and let it heat up. This will allow you to scrub off any remaining food from a previous grilling and allows the BBQ to get hot enough to sear anything you want to grill. Then, once you have your food on the grill, turn the heat down.
