Which water delivery service is the most green and ethical?

I currently have Nestle water delivery service but am also a Californian so I really, REALLY, want to switch to a more ethical and less uncaring organization, especially in light of California's drought and Nestle's response to that. However, I am not sure if there are any that are not equally.
