Is interior design a good career?

At my current 4-year school, they only offer historic preservation. There is only one school that offers Interior design which is the art institute. Is it a good school? Also, I would like to do interior design or something of that nature since it deals with creativity. Is it a good career path and is it really hard?

i would love to be an interior designer! the art institute is a good school! the only thing you should be concered about is if this is the major you want to go along with. If you're doubting that you want to be an interior designer then consider something else.
