Video upload quality issues! GOPRO? Empty Video upload quality issues! GOPRO?

Ok, I have literally googled so many times and tried a million things and I don t know what I am doing wrong. I recorded gopro footage in 1080p and with 60 fps on the actual gopro. I edited a montage in iMovie. I initially tried to upload my video to facebook but the quality comes out way worse.
