Dog vaccinations? Empty Dog vaccinations?

Ok so I was told that rabies and parvo vaccine is required for dogs...but I don't really want her to get vaccines bc I've read what they can do to your dog??? Can I get the homeopathic nosode instead? Will that count? ( I don't want to hear "u need to vaccinate your dog"
