Why do women get breast implants?

As a thin woman with naturally large breasts (above a D cup), I have to wonder why women would get breast implants. It is impossible for me to find clothes that fit, and it is even harder to find bras. My smaller chested friends don't have either of these problems. I also get occasional backaches from the weight of my breasts and it is very hard, sometimes even painful to exercise. Most males that I know either prefer small to average breasts or breast size does not matter to them, and those that do like larger breasts would prefer a woman with natural A cups to a woman with fake C cups. So why do women get breast implants?
