What is the difference between CPR and First Aid training?

The mandatory requirements for the job I am applying for says that I must have this training (written exactly like this)
- Level-C CPR with AED
- First Aid
- Oxygen Administration
For this job they want the training to be given through Red Cross, no other organization.
When I tried to sign up for these courses on the Red Cross website, it categorized CPR/AED level C *under* First Aid... as if CPR was just a part of First Aid and that First Aid wasn't a separate course like I'm lead to believe in the instruction manual of my job.
