Ticketed because a cop heard my music? Empty Ticketed because a cop heard my music?

I was driving home tonight with my window down on the driver side with my music at the same level I have played it for 5 years. I am a safe driver and have a clean driving record. The officer tells me he was parked in a car sales lot and heard my music.
