Need Advice on property investment?

Have been checking few properties in Cayman and finalized on this one http://www.westindiesbrokers.com/property-detail/sevenmilebeach/residential/britanniaphase1unit232/34. But it is on seven mile beach which is one of the most crowded tourist place so confused if i should buy this one or not as i am getting it in.
