Ok I'm 13 year old male, I'm 5'5 and 130 pounds, I'm very athletic and fast I also am very very active in have a good body type, I'm solid and pretty strong too. I'm trying out for a very competitive football team and I want to be atleast 5'7 by try outs time in january.

Plenty of protein from eggs, meat, poultry, sea food and dairy products helps as well as calcium from milk, cheese and other dairy products.
