Vinyl Banners into Bags? Empty Vinyl Banners into Bags?

The organization I work for has several vinyl banners from our past events. Are there any places/businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area or San Jose/Silicon Valley area, California that can recycle these banners into reusable bags that we can sell in a fundraiser?
