How much will a European vacation cost, approximately?

My two friends and I have always dreamed of taking a European vacation. We would travel to about 11 countries: Italy, France, Spain, England, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Russia, Germany, Netherlands, and Romania. We would take a plane to Italy from Minnesota, and then take trains, busses, and rent a car, and walk to reach the other destinations. We would be staying in various hotels and with family.
