Which is the best camera drone / quadcopter to buy?

I am a novice when it comes to drones and quad-copters. I've never flown one before. I want to get one which has:

1 - a good quality camera or facility to fix a quality camera such as a go-pro
2 - very, very easy to fly.
3 - ideally I will be able to control the camera and take photos from the remote control.
