How to better market junk removal company? Empty How to better market junk removal company?

I am a college student and I recently started a small business offering junk removal and house clean outs. Problem- I am having trouble marketing and getting the word out to more people and realtors. 3 out of 14 local cities that I sent letters to hired my company to do clean outs on vacant properties.
