Best company for tours in Ireland?

What is the best company for a guided tour of Ireland? I'm looking for between one and three days. I'm thinking about Shamrockers. Anyone have any feedback on them?

I do not know cause i have never been to Ireland yet in my life. But my father is having a plan to be there like tours from las vegas. I am so sure that this will be so much pretty nice time for sure for us always.
