How can i get a handicap parking placard? Empty How can i get a handicap parking placard?

I've had back surgery and I'm feeling better but certain places I go, I have to walk far while carrying my daughter or carrying other things... Having a handicap placard would save me a lot of backaches and safe me from possibly over using my back. Please help
