How to get numbers from htc to iphone 5?

i have just upgraded to the iPhone 5, how do i get all me phone numbers from my htc desire to my new iPhone 5, obviously the old method of importing from sim isn't available as the iPhone has a nano sim where as the htc has a standard sim.

If the numbers are stored on the SIM you'd have to transfer them to the phone & then from the phone to a Google account (assuming it was an Android running HTC phone). Then from there you could export it to Contacts (assuming you have a Mac (can't remember what is used in Windows off hand)) & use iTunes to sync to the phone.
