How to increase my customer base?

Hello, I am very new to the car industry. I've been here about 3 months. I work at a Lexus dealership and I'm 20 years old. Now, I've been doing pretty well, but there is one thing that seems to separate me from the top salesmen, and that's their customers. A lot of these guys get people in that have owned a Lexus already and want to get in a new one. I was just curious to see if anyone has some helpful ideas that could get my network growing and get my income moving like I want it to. Keep in mind I'm 20, so most bars are "legally" ruled out...
