Best exercises and best diet foods

Lots of green veggies and fruits. No white bread, rice or potatoes. Stick with lean meats full of protein. As for the exercise, just walking around your house for ten minutes will burn calories. There are many other easy exercises you can do that don't take much time.. just look them up online.

Your best exercise is support from family and friends food, any meat baked no fried food crackers and tuna fish with no mayonnaise it works i lost 200 pounds in 5 months:)

There are many exercises and we can't say anything about one exercise. Each exercise is best. cardio exercises are best for fitness and in diet natural food like fruits and vegetables are best.
