How can I fix sanding errors in a pine floor?

I spent ages sanding a pine floor first with machine and then by hand. Checked every square mm of the floor in different lights, but still managed to miss some squiggly lines left by the floor sander. At this point because of family time constraints I have to finish staining and varnishing but want to fix these.
