life - My life seems hopeless? Empty My life seems hopeless?

I dont really know what i want for sure but i just feel like i am missing something in life. my life seems not worth living , my future is blank. This world seems not worth living in . Am i depressed ? coz i feel numb, empty,guilty and sad quite a lot of times. What's wrong with me?
