Installing a fence on a hill, using the step method? Empty Installing a fence on a hill, using the step method?

Anybody got the real instructions installing a fence with the step method without the Saw Horse finish look. I was told to get end posts and make cuts on the other side. Now I'm confused about post installation depths and measurements to give me the professional look.
