Lose weight fast?

I have graduation coming up on june 22....and i wana lose 10 pounds as fast as possible, I have tried starving myself, and have baskitball 1 a week, and swimming 2 times a week. still nothink is working. Does anyone have any ways i can lose this weight?

It is possible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight rapidly then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as rapidly.

Eat healthy breakfast. Have a healthy breakfast about half-an-hour after you get out of bed. If you make this as your daily habit, then you won't feel starved during the day. This simply means you'll eat less food during the day.

The best way to lose weight is to lose more calories then what you consume. But if you try to starve your body it will actually go into starvation mode and start hording calories. So do it slowly and over time it shouldn't take too long.
