Horrible lower back pain relief?

I have very, very bad pain in my lower back. Taking OTC meds does not help at all. The pain is so bad I can hardly bend over with out collapsing. I have tried a heating pad, but that seems to make it worse sometimes.

I recommend seeing a doctor and starting physical therapy. You could possibly have a UTI as well. Lower back pain is a common symptom of UTI's.
