Exercise for health

How many of you people are doing regular exercise? Exercise is best activity for weight lose and fitness. Of someone wants to get fitness and wants to live healthy life then focus on daily workout. I suggest everyone to start regular exercise. There are so many exercises that are best for health. Exercise keeps our body fresh and active. Exercise is also best for brain and mental health.

Many exercise are introducing and available on books and internet for men and women,yoga and morning walk is very best for health.

Well, I am going to do agree with all of you guys here that Exercise is really essential and important for the health. It makes us healthy and fit.  Exercise keeps a man active and he can do more things sharply than other people. It also makes a man mentally and physically strong.

I do Exercise daily and it keeps me so fit and i am so sure that this is going to be a great way of fun for sure. i will love to go through it and will suggest all to walk daily at least half hour and it will surely help you to stay fit as well.

Odette, Its good that you also like to do exercise daily as it is really to be fir and spend life in a more good way while staying away from the health and mental issues. Morning walk is Laos important for the body as I also like to go for it with my mom.

yeah, that is so much important for having a healthy lifestyle. This is why i also use to do walk every day and it keeps me fit.

yeah sure why not exercise is good for health .. I just want to say that Health is wealth if your health is good then everything is good. We should exercise our Eyes at least one time in a day we should give some rest to our eyes because if in case of any problem with our eye we need to use careprost eye drops or more different things !!

Yeah this is good information i also like exercise daily because only exercise is help you to stay healthful and always be strong and young. I will recommend you to use a fitness tracker for do exercise daily to count how much your workout daily !!

Yeah this is good information i also appreciate to do exercise daily for be healthy and fit always. Eye exercise is very important because the main and unique part of out body is eye so we should give rest and exercise to our eyes daily to avoid any eye infection !!!
