Exercise for health

How many of you people are doing regular exercise? Exercise is best activity for weight lose and fitness. Of someone wants to get fitness and wants to live healthy life then focus on daily workout. I suggest everyone to start regular exercise. There are so many exercises that are best for health. Exercise keeps our body fresh and active. Exercise is also best for brain and mental health.

Many exercise are introducing and available on books and internet for men and women,yoga and morning walk is very best for health.

Exercise is very important for health and if you have a best equipment likeTatami puzzle , material crossfit barato etc then you may take your exercise easy it's my experience.

Well, I am going to do agree with all of you guys here that Exercise is really essential and important for the health. It makes us healthy and fit.  Exercise keeps a man active and he can do more things sharply than other people. It also makes a man mentally and physically strong.

I do Exercise daily and it keeps me so fit and i am so sure that this is going to be a great way of fun for sure. i will love to go through it and will suggest all to walk daily at least half hour and it will surely help you to stay fit as well.

Odette, Its good that you also like to do exercise daily as it is really to be fir and spend life in a more good way while staying away from the health and mental issues. Morning walk is Laos important for the body as I also like to go for it with my mom.
