Do you wear socks to bed?

I only do this time of year when it starts getting colder. I have a couple pairs of fuzzy socks and a nice pair of pajamas that I like to wear to bed in the winter..

I read that you sleep better if you have warm hands and feet. Wearing socks keeps your feet warmer, and it can help some people sleep better.

A few years ago, I started wearing socks to bed and now I sleep better. Go figure. Some people would disagree, but it comes down to what works for you.
