I have my weight loss story on my profile. What works for one person may not work for another, first off. When I felt the desire to loose weight I wrote my goals out first on a chart that I made.

I would like to say that really a nice conversation is running here about the weight loss. I have lost my weight as I was on dieting and did lots of exercises as well in the past three months and I lost 4 kg. I think exercise is the best way to be fit and loss weight.
