What is the best Air Purifier?

What is the best Air Purifier?My work just did a complete build out of a old building. Everything is new, new carpet, new walls, paint, window, etc. I have a tiny office and I feel that there is NO air circulation. I instantly feel stuffy in my nose. What type of Air purifier should I use? I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars since I am paying for it. Any suggestions on what I can do to quickly get rid of the smell but at the same time it is toxic free and has no chemicals?
