Half marathon training plan for beginners?

So...my ultimate goal is to run the Disney Princess Half Marathon in under 2 hours (aiming for about a 9 minute mile pace) by my 21st birthday (february 2014). But as of now, I don't really do distance running, and when I do run it's just on the treadmill, never outside. Basically the only running I do now is like 1 1/2 miles 3x a week (on a treadmill, incline at 1.5%), and the farthest I've ever run is like 3 miles (which I did in 28 minutes). I'm looking for a good half marathon training plan for beginners to get me able to run the full 13.1 miles. thanks!
